The post-season is underway for the Mountie winter sports teams. While each will pursue that ultimate crown, a team championship or tournament loss may not mean the end of the season for some team members. The winter sports season is unique in that it affords certain team participants the opportunity to continue competing as individuals.
Bowling, Fencing, Indoor Track and Field, Swimming and Wrestling feature an additional post season that allows qualifiers to test their individual skills against the best in the state in their particular event. These student-athletes have performed consistently well throughout their seasons and will attempt to draw from past successes to bring home that ultimate personal prize.
